Got out of tech school in 2007 and went straight to Jaguar. Good job, good money — then the economy tanked and I got cut. Bounced to Honda for a bit. Figured out pretty fast that fixing cars wasn't it for me.

Met two brothers from Jersey who were running a production company. They needed shirts. I didn't really know what I was doing but I said yes anyway. We started We Play Crazy Clothing and built the whole thing from scratch.

It was real for a while. We were making things happen, brushing shoulders with some real names, seeing what success actually looked like. Then money got tight, partnerships fell apart, and I had some pretty humbling years. Ended up at a little beach store in Seaside Heights, taking custom orders on the side just to keep going.

COVID came and cleared out whatever was left. Lost my brother during all of it. But somewhere in the middle of all that, I met an incredible woman who believed in what I was building when I barely did myself. We came to Arizona. Started over. That's how this place was born.

We started on old beat-up equipment with barely any money. Put everything back in. Got better machines. Quality went up. Prices came down. People started coming back.
