Everything You Need to Know

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does custom apparel cost?

Pricing depends on the garment style, quantity, and decoration method (screen print, DTF, or embroidery). Use our Quote Builder to get an instant estimate — no signup required. The more pieces you order, the lower the per-piece cost.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum is 12 pieces per order for screen print and embroidery. DTF has no minimum. All pieces in a screen print run must share the same design and ink colors.

How long does production take?

10 business days from the day you approve your digital proof. We send a proof before we run a single piece.

Do I get to approve a proof before you print?

Yes — always. We send a digital proof of your design on the garment before production begins. You approve it, then we run your order.

What file format should I send my artwork?

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) give the sharpest results. High-resolution PNG or TIFF (300 dpi or higher) also work well. We will let you know if your file needs adjustments.

What's the difference between Screen Print, DTF, and Embroidery?

Screen printing uses ink pressed through a mesh screen — vivid, durable, and the best value for large runs. DTF (Direct to Film) transfers a full-color print onto fabric — great for complex, photographic artwork with no color limits. Embroidery stitches your logo directly into the fabric — premium look and feel, extremely durable.

Can I order multiple garment styles or colors in one order?

Yes. Each garment style or color is treated as a separate line item. Contact us or use the Quote Builder to price each combination.

Do you offer reorders?

Yes. We keep your artwork on file, so reorders are quick — just reach out and we will get it going.

What if I don't have a logo file?

Send us what you have — even a photo of a business card or a rough sketch. Our team can work with low-res files or help you prepare artwork. Contact us before placing your order.
