The Short Answer
7–10 business days from the day you approve your artwork. Add shipping time (2–5 days) and you're typically looking at 2 weeks door to door.
The Production Timeline
- Art review (1 day) — We review your file and flag any issues: low resolution, colors outside our range, or fine lines that won't print cleanly. If your art is print-ready, we skip straight to step 2.
- Digital proof sent to you — You get an email with a mockup showing exactly how your design will print. Nothing goes to production until you approve it.
- Screen setup (1–2 days) — We burn your design onto screens, one per color. This is why screen printing has a minimum order — the setup cost is fixed regardless of how many shirts you print.
- Printing and curing (2–3 days) — Shirts run through the press and then a heat tunnel that cures the ink permanently.
- Quality check and fold — Every shirt is inspected before packing.
- Shipping — UPS or FedEx. Standard transit is 2–5 business days.
When to Order
For an event or deadline, count back 3 weeks from when you need the shirts. That gives you:
- A week for art revisions and proof approval
- 10 days of production buffer
- Room for shipping delays
Rush orders available. Contact us before ordering if you have a tight deadline — we can sometimes prioritize production for an upcharge.
What Slows Things Down
- Art problems — Low-res logos, missing fonts, or last-minute color changes add days. Send your highest-resolution file upfront.
- Proof delays — Production starts when you approve. The faster you respond, the faster we ship.
- Large orders — Orders over 500 pieces may need an additional 2–3 days.
