Why the Blank Matters

Material Types
100% Cotton The most common option. Cost-effective, widely available, and comfortable. Tends to shrink in high-heat dryers — wash cold and hang dry to minimize this.
Blends (Cotton/Poly) Shrinks less than 100% cotton, lighter in weight, slightly softer, and often more fitted in cut. Popular for branded apparel because it holds its shape better over time.
Tri-Blends (Cotton/Poly/Rayon) Similar to blends but softer with a slightly more vintage texture. Higher price point. Popular with lifestyle brands and premium merch.
100% Polyester Performance fabric — moisture-wicking, minimal shrinkage, silky feel. Think Nike Dri-FIT or Under Armour. Ideal for athletic or outdoor work environments. Confirm this is what you want before ordering — it feels and looks different from cotton.
How We Define "Quality"
Quality is context-dependent:
- Quality 1 — Comfort — Softer, lighter tees. Best for casual wear, events, and giveaways. (Next Level 6210, Bella+Canvas 3001)
- Quality 2 — Durability — Heavier weight, built to last for work uniforms and long-term wear. (Gildan G5000, Gildan G2000)
- Quality 3 — Performance — Lightweight polyester for heat, moisture, and athletic use. (Sport-Tek ST350, Gildan G8000)
